Welcome to Wellbein Homes. By accessing or using our website, services, or entering into a construction/design agreement with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

Wellbein Homes (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a design and construction company based in Bengaluru, India, offering end-to-end home design, architectural planning, and construction services.
These Terms apply to all users of our website, prospective clients, and customers who engage our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Architectural design and 3D visualization

  • Residential and commercial construction

  • Interior design and space planning

  • Renovation and remodeling

  • Turnkey project execution

Each project is customized according to the client’s preferences, requirements, and approved designs.

3. Estimates and Payments

  • All project cost estimates provided are indicative and subject to final site inspection, material selection, and design approval.

  • A formal Work Order/Agreement will be signed before commencing the project, outlining payment milestones and timelines.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI as agreed in the project contract.

  • Delay in payment may result in suspension of work until dues are cleared.

4. Design Ownership

  • All drawings, blueprints, renders, and layouts remain the intellectual property of Wellbein Homes until full project payment is completed.

  • Once payment is made in full, ownership of the final approved design passes to the client.

  • Reuse or reproduction of designs for third-party projects without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are provided based on standard working conditions and material availability.

  • Delays due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or supply-chain disruptions are beyond our control.

  • Any design or material changes requested mid-project may affect delivery timelines and overall cost.

6. Warranty and Quality

  • Structural work is covered under a 10-year warranty (as per agreement).

  • Finishing works, fittings, and fixtures carry manufacturer’s warranty only.

  • Regular maintenance and upkeep are the responsibility of the client after handover.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If a project is cancelled before commencement, a processing fee (up to 10%) will apply.

  • Once work has started, refunds are not applicable for completed stages.

  • Refunds for unutilized advance will be processed within 15 business days after verification.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we ensure top-quality workmanship, Wellbein Homes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of delays, client-induced changes, or third-party vendor actions.

  • Clients are encouraged to inspect and approve materials before installation.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure your personal and project information is kept confidential.
Data is collected only to improve our services and communication with you.

10. Website Content

All visuals, layouts, and media on https://wellbein.in are for illustrative purposes only.
Actual project results may vary based on material choice and design specifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
